A teacher can guide, mould and generate the pupils to show light to the next generation..
We always feel proud to be the teachers of good students. Even we express our pride in different places taking the names of those brilliant students now established in different fields. But do we feel bad to express our failures of those students who couldn’t come out the exams, couldn’t established themselves in academics rather their names are always coming at the top in the list of mis doers..?
We feel proud to be the topper in the field of academic performance by our students at the same time, do we feel sad when we get the news of our brilliant students involved in different miscreates, corruptions etc? We never feel proud to be the teachers of a good cultivator, social worker and person with good moral. Do we?
Are we all confused about our wants? A civilised society always stands on good persons and that can be geared up with the help of the good teachers. Only the good teachers can give birth to a good society where we can live. Hence, the role of the teachers should be primarily recognized in the society but we should ask a question to ourselves: are you a teacher?
So, before feeling proud to be a teacher of good students or good institution of sky high results, we should build up an environment to feel good being a teacher.
And we the teachers of KALPATARU ACADEMY determined to make our pupils & guardians proud to the parts of it.

From The Vice Principal’s Desk
Albert Einstein said, “Education is not about learning of facts but training young minds to think.” There is a big difference between cramming up facts and learning them so that they can be applied in productive ways. At Kalpataru Academy, we try to work towards holistic development of our students by providing them the tools and experiences that encourage our students to think. The aim is to create empowered minds so that students are able to decide what is good for them, differentiate between right and wrong, choose opportunities that help build them up and enable them to live in harmony with all existence. As the new Vice Principal, I am delighted that the College’s values align with my own personal values, including the importance of trust, respect, innovation and a sense of community.
Kalpataru Academy: Numaligarh endeavours to impart knowledge in such a manner as to accomplish total satisfaction of students, parents, teachers and the society.
